CK ARCHITECTS was founded in Istanbul by Çağhan Kahyaoğlu, as the continuation of his architectural practice shaped during his education and early professional experiences. Since its establishment, the studio has been engaged in a broad range of works including residential and cultural buildings, workplaces, sports and leisure facilities as well as restoration and transformation projects.

 

Known for an approach that reconciles the cultural and historical layers of the built environment with the requirements of contemporary life, the practice seeks to deliver architecture that is both contextually rooted and globally relevant. With a design philosophy focused on clarity, refinement and timelessness, CK ARCHITECTS pursues each project with rigorous attention to detail, ensuring that the conceptual framework is fully translated into its material and spatial reality. Experienced in both small and large-scale commissions, the studio collaborates with engineers, consultants and craftsmen, adopting advanced digital tools alongside traditional expertise to bring projects to life.

 

Founder and lead designer Çağhan Kahyaoğlu completed his architectural studies at Özyeğin University and expanded his international perspective with academic work in Rome. He is an active member of professional organizations and continues to contribute to the architectural discourse with a vision that positions design as a cultural act as much as a professional practice. Today CK ARCHITECTS aims to be a part of the new generation of Istanbul-based studios building a distinctive voice on the international architectural scene.
